The Maximise and minimise button not working on loading screens?

Hello all i just wanted to report this bug or if its not then you probely forgot to remouve the little icon from it that is located on top right of the screen while a loading. Anyway sometimes i need to do stuff on the internet browser and i need to minimise at a loading screen and i am trying to press it and nothing is happening but when the loading screen is finish and i am back ingame it work fine. This thing hasent been working for a couple of years and i would like it back on please.

    These buttons have been working even on loading screens up until LoR arrived. Since then, I need to alt tab manually on loading screens.

    And yes, it'd be nicer if it worked, no matter if something's loading or not.
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!
