Season 9: Full Diagnostic?

Let's face it: STO is a buggy game. Some of these bugs are minor, like uniform glitches and department heads being forgotten; while others are nearly game-breaking, like the Nimbus III AI pathfinding, or Tour the Universe glitch. To that end, here's my suggestion:
Season 9: Full Diagnostic

For Season 9, instead of adding new content, focus your resources on fixing the content that we already have. There's a ton of 'em in this here Bug Reports forum. I think this would go a long way towards improving the gameplay experience.
For personal reasons, I've left Star Trek Online.

I have been sugggesting that a lot over the years and no one listened to me.

I support this and hope it happens so we can FINALLY fix this buggy game!

I don't think they can skip releasing new content on a schedule, but if they maybe delayed a season for two months while they go on a full out bug squashing marathon, it would be nice.

Y'know what, I think I like that idea better.

The only way this is ever going to happen is if you vote with your wallet.

Get hit by a bug and
    1. report it - in game and in the forums
    2. Tell Cryptic you're not buying any ZEN until that bug is fixed.
    3. Actually stop buying ZEN until it's fixed.
    4. When they do finally fix it, thank them publicly and buy some ZEN.

They only thing they care about is money, and if the players stop buying, they'll have to start fixing the bugs or people start getting fired.

PWI has 10 games with the common currency of ZEN, Cryptic are responsible for 3 of those games.
People often do play more than one of those games.

If PWI start losing ZEN sales on all 10 games because of Cryptic's slapdash attitude toward bugs, they WILL spank Cryptic, possibly firing whoever at Cryptic is responsible for the "push it out the door buggy and fix it never" policy.

Take a stand and stick to it and STO (and their other games) might finally get some bugfixes.
