Finished Crystalline Cataclysm, was given Crystalline Catastrophe rewards

I filed an in-game ticket with the GMs about 3 days before the latest Crystalline special event ended (when I finished the event), and I was instructed to file a bug report and did so. No response or update in 7+ days.
During the latest Crystalline event, my UI showed me as working on 'Crystalline Cataclysm', and showed the proper rewards (to include the very rare duty officer).
However, when I put my 14th shard into the event, I was instead given the rewards for Crystalline Catastrophe (including the non-combat space pet).
What I suspect happened is this - I started Crystalline Catastrophe long ago and never finished it. At some point it was removed from my 'current' que under special events in the reputation section of the UI (I think this happened automatically when the summer event began).
Somehow I think my never finishing or actively clearing/cancelling Catastrophe is involved.
But to be clear...I was looking at the Cataclysm event every time I contributed a shard.
On 3 other characters on the same account - none of whom started Catastrophe - finished Cataclysm as well and received the correct rewards.
In the meantime...the marks are basically a wash, the DI is the same, and you can take the non-combat space pet back - but could some GM or other entity with the ability to do so please give my character (Xodar@Kage4) the very rare duty officer that was shown as a reward for event completion?

Otherwise, it falls into "human error," another player didn't realize he/she had the incorrect project queued. And so, will not even look at the account.
