    Ground map is currently resetting after a short period. I've only seen it reach V-Rex stage once today. Its not the voth taking the points back over, the entire map resets to red all at once.

    I have to test if Sensor Analysis got screwed up by the change. Given it shows on the tooltip it should be easy to detect any potential problems.

    Its fleet, so it SHOULD be better than non fleet ones.


    NO do not do this! being only one energy type should give it that extra punch from specializing that type of energy.

    Umm I think you misread what he said... he was asking for both to get a buff, not a nerf.

    Does raise a good question though... at endgame level, where matching tactical consoles is very important to getting high damage output, isn't the constraint imposed by the "weapon category" consoles equivalent to the constraint imposed by the "energy type" consoles?

    Notwithstanding some folks' aesthetic dislike of "rainbows and skittles," as we touched on in the earlier discussions, the weapon category consoles put a lot of restrictions on ships that use them (e.g., can't effectively do a DBB + Cannons build).

    At this level of play, do the "weapon category" consoles need a nerf to keep the "energy type" consoles competitive? I'm not convinced.

    Granted, if +beam was still 25.5% almost anyone could substitute an Experimental Plasma Beam for one of their other beam arrays to improve their weapons power profile "for free," but I don't really see any other 'exploits.'

    Maybe all the consoles should give the 25.5% modifier.

    I am curious and concerned about the reduction of loot value to 0 EC...this is a blatant cash-nullification grab on the surface. Also, has there been some sort of stealth-nerf to STFs? I am not getting random gear drops it would seem. (perhaps it's just luck and me?)
