On Monday I went into the tailor to add a goatee to my character.
When I went to remove it, the tailor took the credits, but the beard remained.
I've tried switching the beard in the tailor. I tried switching uniforms, then switching the beard, then switching back, then removing the beard, and still the beard persists.
Every time I try the tailor takes the energy credits and my character is left with the beard.
I'd really like to have a character that I can customize and not worry that the game is going to bug out so that I can't customize the character (especially since Cryptic has always made such a big deal about their character customization).
