Just waiting for the inevitable bug. My guess is the fields will stack or something crazy.
I sort of hope that one happens. The turret boats could make a come back over the weekend... 4 guys on follow with a pilot in the front. That way everyone that isn't driving can get smashed.
I hear it still has some bad interactions with actual subnukes with people getting 10min timers and stuff... so in general I think most people still stay away.

Well you know the shield cruiser aura? Kinda buffs the tetryon proc and the tetryon glider ( or at least it did on Monday) stumbled onto this with a fleety on the weekend, I asked him what the tooltip for tet glider said and it just changed while he was looking at it. Anyway how's that for a bug?
and almost forgot its not ust feds getting the auras you smelly klinks can actually fly your cruisers to ya know
Klingon cruisers are TRIBBLE aux2batt platforms compared to feds.
That's why i always said battlecruisers are nothing close to FAHCR and co but most feds thought the contrary (poor cruisers cant equip DHCs :rolleyes:) and that's why they now have the avenger and op aux2batt FAW DEM ships...
Bah at least we have the fleet k'tinga (lol 34650 hull) and fleet negh (2500 useless crew which take an hour to recover + low inertia) but their boff layout is nothing exceptional and they can only equip 3 devices and 3 tact consoles.

I think they should just put these commands in a lockbox and let other ships use them too.

Nope. Not a joke. Cryptic has done a good job at putting their 'quality' into lock boxes. It's obviously sent players to the point of expecting it there.

Look at the excelsior : it has the same number of engineering slots as the k'tinga but has the option to run APO which is amazing against tractor spam and other slows. Plus it has 4 tact slots, more inertia and much more hull (the fleet k'tinga has ridiculously low hull anyway).
And there is always the fleet heavy cruiser on fed side but we all know how popular it is

its completely practical, as long as you dont set it up exactly like a beam boat. 3 or more turn consoles and EPtE and you have at least a 40 turn rate, and the inertia lets you slide TRIBBLE first so you can circle a target with your nose pointed at them the whole time. ive never ad survivability issues with the ktinga's hull, its to maneuverable to get ganked like slower cruisers

Yeha but there is no real reason it is in the mid escort range. A galor is a lot tougher (hull and shields) at the expense of 1 turn rate.
I think 34500 hull for the refit version and 37950 for the fleet one would be more reasonable (well this is another debate).
Just taking a jab at the OP who wants to put everything in lockboxes like aceton assimilator.
If we do that, might as make stuff like this availble through lockbox.

Weird how the game changes to cater to my builds as i modify em (from healboat to dos excel... although I hate beam graphics, much preferred the scatter volley from the jjabrams pew pew turrets. ty devs tal

As for your FAW/DEM/I win ship; scrambles your sensors and watches you wipe your own team off the map, than subnucs you and kills you at leisure.
