Error 36 deleted game

So, I opened the launcher and it started its up date without issue. When it start the patching process for the game it said error 36 a file was locked and unable for writing. I closed the launcher and tried to reopen it and it said the shortcut no longer existed. I opened arc to launch the game and it start to redownload all 12g of the game. When I looked I noticed the whole game got deleted somehow during all this.

    Same .... All I had left was a .lnk to a game that no longer exists on the hdd.

    Currently downloading again ....

    I also have the problem with Error 36 but the game is still there.

    PS: I don't use ARC
