The mission does not present the optional objectives (with accolade) to romulan players.
FED & KDF characters are not affected.

The optional objective / activity presented here at this time ... is not presented to romulan captains, have personally run into this with my Fed aligned Reman Tactical & Kdf aligned Romulan Engineer.
Currently the optional objectives / accolades are unavailalbe to the romulan players.
Therefore it is only possible for them to earn the accolades is by playing with a team of fed/kdf players who will do the optional objectives ..
Reported ingame several times.

My romulan can get the accolade for reading all the prison cell panel info...
But none of the class based accolades can be activated.
