Can't Refine Dilithium

I can't refine any dilithium. Only just logged on after about 3 days offline. The button is lit up and i can click it but it says dilithium refining failed. I've tried changing instance, chaning map and restarting the game.

    I've figured out that if i log in first time it'll let me refine 8k then the button will grey out. If i then log off and log back on the button is lit and it says i can refine 8k again but it says refining failed.
