Antiproton Sweep bug

I was just in Ker'rat a Romulan cloaked and I used Antiproton Sweep from the Mk XI Jem'Hadar set and it did not decloak him or anything.

    Was he on 5km 90 arc of your ship? if not... then works as intended.

    He was in my arc and in range. I have used a T'Varo and a B'rel and Antiproton Sweep seems to have issues when you use it wile cloaked.
