While I do appreciate the idea that Klingons should get more ships. And specifically should get a counterpart to the Avenger. I don't think the K'Vort is what I'm interested in flying. See I like "cruisers" in general, so I'd rather have something that came closer to matching the stats of the Avenger, and could use the new Cruiser Commands.
My only problem with the Avenger, and I will buy it, is that its Fugly as all get out. Hopefully Cryptic will do better with the visuals of the Klingon version. :cool:
Quite honestly, klinks are already overrated, the movies are about the Federation and their travels, not over-conquering as a team of klinks can do in pvp and pve in Kerrat space. I have 3 maxed out klinks all of which are far more damage dealing against most federation players, let them get the storyline of the Klingons worked out before giving them anything more epically overpowered than what we already are.
Again this is about the Federation, not Klingons, not Romulans, nor the Borg in any of the series or movies. Federation players are the core of this MMO and it's about time some game balance be given, instead of giving love to klinks over a ship. We all screamed over a ton of Federation powers all of which have been fixed, FAW, RSP, PH, this ship they may have is about them.
Either way let them have their ship, I will adapt, I love this game and everything with the unrealistic nerfs, patches and mistakes this game has to offer. At best, I give it a week, before a patch comes out to nerf some of the powers on that ship. Then balance will begin.

All cruisers will be able to use cruiser commands shortly after they release the Avenger, battlecruisers just cant use the draw fire one (the useless one).
Some people think that the KDF's foil to the Avenger will be a 5/3 Negh'Var, but I don't see that happening. If a C-store Negh'Var comes out, it will probably have the same stats as the free version, a gimmick console, and give a discount on the fleet version.

Too be honest I have no intention of buying a Klingon Ship, on the KDF side I only buy Orion ships, but I'd concider Lethean, Ferasan, or Trill ships as well if they came out.
I have all the Orion Ships the Daciot, the Corsair, the Maruader, the Retrofit Corsair, and the Fleet Corsair, which means I also have all the hangar pets too (although only the Interceptors and the Slavers are Elite, although I plan on buying the Armoured Maurading Force Shuttles and the Tachyon Drones in time).
I only flight the Fleet Corsair so honestly, I only support the KDF getting more ships because I like seeing my allies happy.
