CE Event Reward -- 100 tokens instead of 250 *fix and compensation live!*

Hello,

I've just finished the CE event reward with crystals gathered during a previous event. However, the [Mark Package - Multiple Choice (250)] allowed me to choose between 100 of each marks. I thought this was just a graphical bug and selected the '100 fleet marks'. However, only 100 fleet marks were awarded to me (and not the 250 promised ones!)

I have a screenshot to prove this here (noticed too late that the /screenshot command does not include ui, so this screenie was taken later. But it does show that I can link the reward box, followed by receiving 100 fleet marks. I hope that this is proof enough that this occurred).

Also submitted this to a GM under ticket #2,025,770

Anyone else with this issue?

    Most dont have spare crystal shards. But as you are the first to do the event I'm sure cryptic will step in and fix it. Remains to be seen if they will boost your fleet mark cache though.

    Thanks for the report; the team has just confirmed this bug and a fix should be out in tomorrow's patch. I am making a notice in the GNN now and we'll investigate solutions for any player that happens to complete the project before the fix goes live tomorrow. Your account is noted when you complete the project, so that way we can tell if and when you completed it.

    Hi,

    I also finished CE event today and only received 100 marks :( If this is rectified in patch will I get the missing marks or is it too late now?

    We'll be able to check the report of players who completed the project after the new event started and to the point when the fix goes live in tomorrow's patch, and then compensate those affected :) You're not too late.

    Hi Captains! Great news :)

    As mentioned previously, we were working on a way to compensate individual characters who completed the new project before today's maintenance. The very few number of characters that were affected, as noted in our reports, have now been granted a "150 Marks-of-your-choice" reward box. This can be found in your inventory (or your overflow bag if your inventory is full).

    And again, only characters who happened to have Shards left over from the last event AND completed the new reputation project before today's maintenance were affected.
