I've had the Caitian carrier since it were released, and barely every used it. I have tried it from time to time without getting any feeling. Never really certain what skills to use, and been using simple rare pets for it.
Just recently i finished tier 5 romulan elite scorpions and got that built. I previously had the advanced so i equipped these 2 pets in the hangars.
I also rearranged my boffskills and been out flying with it for 3 days now. Finally it feels much better. The elite scorps sure did add some additional punches.
But after all this flying i've been thinking of other type of ships that the caitians might have in store. The carrier alway were pretty in my eyes, and i wonder how Crypic would design a full range of their shiptypes.
I do have a vision of an escort/destroyer before me... Pantherish, sleek, stealthy, with a stance that looks like it is ready to pounch! If i were skilled with the pen, i'd draw it.

I don't see the Federation getting any new vessels anytime soon. Romulans are getting the new ships now.
The good news is rumour has it the Atrox and Kar'Fi are getting Fleet Status at the start of next season.
If I ask you a question it is not an insult but a genuine attempt to understand why.

Perhaps they could include such ships that way? The Romulans can't make new ships fast enough, so the Federation blew the dust off some mothball vessels for them to use.
In response the Ferasans release some of their old designs to the KDF with new gear installed.

ill be mostly happy once we get the fleet version. Other than that, there's only two other things I really want to see for it:
1. An interior and bridge designed specifically for the atrox, with a visitable hangar bay.
&
2. Caitian frigate hangar craft, perhaps something like a caitian bomber or gunship. I dont like using all fighters, and would like to load up something different in my second bay.
