I'd Like To Be Able To Filter Emotes Out Of Chat Again Please. M'kay? Thanks.

    Already fixed on redshirt test server and will probably go live tomorrow, Sept. 30*.

    Re-enabled game chat channel filters for Emotes and Minigame.

    *Since this patch has the fix to the crystalline entity event and the community manager said the fix for that will go live monday (hopefully), I'm assuming the emote spam filter will be fixed then as well since it's all part of 1 huge patch. If not, it should go live no later than the regular Thursday maintenance this week.
