Crystalline entity broken

Can't start new reputation project, all characters show a "no projects available" tab. Also, Ran a Crystalline Catastrophe to get my Nukara marks, killed the entity, no completion. At all. No marks, no shard, nothing. Just me, 9 other players, and empty space. Gonna run it again to make sure it wasnt a fluke.

    It doesn't start until 10am PST which is in about 40 minutes.

    EDIT: Actually maybe my time is off, but my guess would be when you did it, the event didn't start yet.
