Is this a common bug? "Failed to cancel Dilithium Exchange offer. Internal error."

Evening.

I was using the Dilithium Exchange to change over my Dilithium and, unfortunately, I accidentally put 219 instead of 129 when it came to purchasing. So, seeing my error, I pressed Cancel Transaction and, sure enough...

"Failed to cancel Dilithium Exchange offer. Internal error."

Is this a common problem? I did a search and found this cropped up in some older threads, but nothing recently. There's almost no chance the Dilithium to Zen price is going to get up to 219, so obviously it would be good if I were able to cancel this, but obviously I can't do that.

Any assistance on this would be great, as it's locked up a decent bit of Dilithium on me. Should I just be sending in a ticket on this? Thanks in advance for any light that can be shed.

It's not too common, but the team is investigating a resolution to it. In the meantime, after server maintenance this week, you should be able to try again, and it should cancel.

Excellent, thank you very much for the response, which I appreciate, and for the heads up! Hopefully it'll work and I'll be able to get it back.

Hmm, nope. Thursday maintenance is finished and it's still giving an internal error whenever I try to cancel it.

Guess it might be stuck for the time being.
