fleet uniform viewer not working

I have two characters, each of which are in different fleets. and for some time know when I click on the uniform tab it won't display anything, for either fleet. Is this my system or is anybody else having this problem?

    you mean the fleet uniform created by the fleet leader and found in the fleet window? if so, its been the same for me since... well a long time now. maybe since LoR.

    Yeah that's what I mean. Come to think of it, I think that's about how long I've been having problems. Sometimes it seems like it tries to load something (like a back drop really) but that's about it.
