In-Game Wedding

In honor of the first game that my fiancee and I ever played together, we'll be having an in-game wedding on Earth Space dock in the cadet briefing area at 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time on Sept. 27th. Dress uniforms are requested for all that are attending. The cadet briefing area is found just around the corner from the Engineering and Space Dock areas.

    So a real life couple wants to get married in an MMO they play together makes them sad? Odd I wouldve thought they would be more happy with having the same hobby so they can share experiances together more.

    Congrats on the future wedding, both ingame and in RL. I assume the admiral coat will suffice as dress uniform and not the zen dress outfit unless you own it. If I am on and at ESd at that time i will be happy to attend.

    Ok i find it creepy..ok very creepy but to each their own so if it makes them happy i say let them knock their selfs out :)

    Forgot to add i hope they do get married RL and wish them both the best of luck
    I been marrried for 11 years RL and its a wondefull feeling wakng up to the lady i love dearly each day :)

    Hey,
    Congratulations!

    You should keep in mind to "reserve" several instances (for anyone not getting it, choose a Prime Instance and Several Backup instances in the case one gets overrun) in the Event that... undesireable elements will pop up :)

    That is actually the one thing about a digital wedding that I actually find cool. Thanks for creating that image for me :)

    Unlimited mixed drinks until all the alcohol was used up (it was nicknamed the Bar Nothing, but it's uncertain whether this was before or after the alcohol was all gone).

    My wife and I met playing EQ1. A GM even 'married' us in the Commonlands. That was in 2000. Been together ever since.
