Tailor Issues

is the tailor bug going to be addressed any time soon? I've purchased additional costume slots I can't even use now. If I knew it was at least being worked on I'd be happy.

    I am having tailor issues as well, they are identical to the one descibed by the OP in this thread which was closed on 9-5-13 and to be relocated to the game bugs subforum. Basically I can't change/edit/delete my outfits on my romulan character (KDF side) removing any use for the extra outfit slots I've purchased. The tailor and all outfit slots works as usual on my other characters. I've submitted a ticket on this but my ticket no longer exists. :(

    I was told to do a bug report and was told they can't help me at this time. Hopefully it gets addressed soon. And same here, Romulan KDF side

    Well dang, that bites... I may submit another ticket and hopefully (eventually) we can get this resolved. Are you showing the extra slots still remaining after creating new outfits?

    I've created since, and those are fine. There are two or three I cannot edit or equip. I can't even delete a costume to make it again which I think would resolve the problem

    So then question is, how do I get reimbursed for the two costume slots I purchased that i Cannot use?
