Enemy signal contact

Since yesterday I have been unable to engage in enemy signal contacts. I can enter, no problem but even if there are ships there and it's just starting it tells me to depart the system, all is fine now.

    That just means that someone else finished that map before you got there. You dont have to destroy everything in the instance to complete the encounter so there might be some left over ships even if someone finished already.
