missing mail with very rare doffs in it. :(

i sent my self a mail which included a liberated romulan kdf doff called seventeen of twenty-six and 4 other for a assignment. when i sent it i could see the mail icon flash with the items and checked then swapped from that toon being romulan fed. and logged into my Klingon and there was no mail at the mail console or my general mail, logging back into my main the mail was no where to be seen its gone and so are mt doffs can a GM get them back for me ? it cost me so much zen to make that ec.
