In the game, I'm 99% sure this isn't how it is supposed to work, when I click "submit", it opens the bug report window. When I try to search for bug reports in any category, no results. Then, after submissions, I open up the window again, nothing. No reports from others, no status of tickets, seems like they disappeared into thin air.

Tickets have never been shown for me... not sure if it's intentional or what but it's a mystery. One would assume that they get so many that they have to wade through the TRIBBLE to get to ones that are precise, just submitted one and it was 1,989,000 odd so...well...that's a LOT of tickets... None of my tickets have ever show up... could be just a placebo... send a mail to a counter and it just deletes the mail but gives you a number! lol.....wait....
I've come across this issue as well. I have sent numerous tickets for various reasons. Get an onscreen notice stating what the ticket number is but, when you open "View My Tickets"....there's nothing there.
My advice, write down the ticket number and spam support with this until they respond. They will eventually.

All my in-game tickets vanish too. I get a ticket number, but then it just goes into the void. Then I cannot file tickets through the website, as I will get the 'too many redirects' error that hasn't existed for the past 9 months. Eventually I just mail my complaints directly to support, after which nothing happens.
