T'Varo 2 piece set projectile dmg buff and CD reduction, no working.

After last Thursday's patch I noticed my damage seemed to have dropped off. At first I thought it was the CD reduction fix, but than I checked my torp damage and noticed it was no longer getting the projectile buff from the 2 piece set. I also suspect, but haven't had a chance to actually test it, that the projectile CD reduction is also missing.

EDIT: I did warn that the wording of the tribble patch notes seemed off only to be reassured that all was well.
