Boff bugs

So over the past month or so i run into the same issue and every once in a while a slightly more annoying one in addition to the first. My Boff abilities refuse to remove themselves from my skill tray. Whenever i zone all empty slots on my tray are taken up by the boff abilities that i have. every time. nothing fixes it. In addition to this it randomly clears my Boff stations as well. Nothing like starting up a STF with no boff abilities. The kicker is it happens on no characters except for one. My Science FED character. every other character is fine and experiences nothing listed above. Anyone know how to fix this as its getting to the point of i dont feel like playing the character anymore.
