Original Series Uniform Soft Boots Missing

I am currently wearing an Original Series Tunic, Cut off pants, and Soft Boots, but when I want to change into (modify) an Original Series Command Tunic everything is there, but NO option for Soft Boots. Am I the only one with this problem? Is it a bug or has STO removed Soft Boots from the game? Please Help!

    They are not available for male federation captains and bridge officers, but are available for females. However, they are available for off duty outfits.

    This has been bugged since LoR launched and has been reported many many times over the last 2+ months. :mad:
