HUD trays disappearing

So I logged in to main character to find half my HUD had disappeared. Power tray (both space and ground), BOFF tray, shields/hull, engines, energy distribution, pretty much everything related to game combat is gone. I checked the Rearrange HUD menu to see if they had been hidden, and they aren't, they're just not there.

I checked my other toons and am having the same issue with them as well. Any idea how I fix this?
