How do I get a refund?

I am asking for a refund, because I can not use what I paid for. I purchased the mercenary outfit pack and now the tailor will not let me wear it.

I don't think its too much to ask to get a refund for something I purchased and yet can not use.

    Have you used up all your costume slots? You only get so many, and you need one open for 'Off-Duty' outfits.

    Yeah, I had been using it for awhile. then all of the sudden it switched me back to my original outfit and would not let me put it on anymore

    I've personally been having costume slot "Freeze" persay they are there but I cant select them if you have an open costume slot can you recreate the outfit in a new slot and try wearing that one

    Are you trying to access the outfit through the tailor or your additional outfits? I think you right click on your portrait to access off duty outfits

    When was the last time you edited the outfit in the tailor?

    They updated the tailor with LoR, so the off duty outfits work a little different now. on the first page (the head screen), there is a drop down near the top right that allows you to switch the mode of that particular slot, if you don't do that it will substitute basic uniform parts for the off-duty gear.

    In a nutshell, the new tailor has forgotten what mode this slot was previously, you need to reset it to use your merc outfit.
