Unable to pick up BNP's after STF's

I have run several STFs, normal and elite, and have "earned" upwards of 50 BNPs over the course of a few days. Unfortunately, the BNPs are not transferring to my Inventory when I hit, Take All. I have had well over 10 slots open when I have hit, Take All. I do seem to get my dilithium and marks. I have nothing in the Overflow.

Any ideas?
