Can not change my outfit

Last night I experienced a bug.

I have a second outfit I use all the time, so last night right before a mission, I got switched back to my original outfit. I didn't think to much of it. Thought it was part of the mission.

However when I went to the tailor, I was unable to change to my second outfit which is an off duty outfit.

I couldn't edit it, or wear it, nor could I put it on via the quick change outside the tailor.

Normally I wouldn't be too frazzled about it, but I paid real money to use the mercenary look and now I can't access the look I want.

I was going to pay a bit more to get a Klingon eye patch but not if I can't access the outfit I want to wear.

Anyone have any Ideas?

Think there is a bug with the tailor
My romulan has the TOS look but on the main screen it showed him wearing his farmers outfit. After checking at the tailor I realised that the TOS uniform was set as the off duty uniform so I saved the uniform and went on to the farmer look and tried to load the uniform over the original and the toon changed into a different look. He looked human with the farmer clothes.

I was unable to change this so in turn have deleted this romulan since he was only lvl 10 it was no big loss as long as I can get the T'varo tier 3 ship I bought from the C Store when I recreate him/her.

But these tailor bugs need to be sorted out

I agree. This is my first toon and I am not one for alts really. But I have no problem spending money on something I like but if I can't access it, im not going to dump more money into it.

Yeah the outfit bug needs to be sorted out soon

I also put an ingame ticket in, I hope they get back to me.

Ive been crashing too since this week with the same issue with the tailor...with my mains and my alts. I put a ticket in too. Don't expect much to happen.

There is one of the Romulan missions that deletes-but-not-deletes your alternate outfits. Check to see if you got the slots back. (I did)

yeah when I checked the tailor, I now have a slot for a fleet outfit, but it doesn't allow me to access it because I am not in a fleet. I only really need 1 slot but it wont allow me to wear what I want to.
