Romulan KDF can't change outfits

I can't change outfits on my KDF Romulan. All my other toons work fine, Fed Rom included. If I create a new outfit I can switch to it... but the outfits I have created previously are unwearable.

    Can they be renamed or modified in any way? There is a bug that pops up where a costume slot can become unusable. Happens a lot. If that's the case, you'll have to create a new costume slot and learn to ignore the old dead one. GMs wont fix it.

    Yep, and they'll just keep adding up. I've got 4 busted uniform slots on my KDF-Reman, now.

    I have 5 Rom slot bugged and all have the had the single layer shoulder pad that got turn into rack pad, so now I can't renamed or modified and why is there no delete of the slot.
