Can not use PVE system

Have not been able to use the PVE system as it states that I am already a member of any que i join. I have tried changing instances and re logging. has been this way for two days and in spite of requesting GM support I have heard nothing.

Advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated, Somewhat disappointed at the lack of game support.

    Are you a KDF or KDF allied Rom at level 20? If so you'll need to get to lvl 21 before they unlock again. It's a bug left over from when KDF toons started at 20.
