Can it be!?


If so, I have a reason to log on often. Lets hope its get the science slots it deserves to be a freaking science ship.

    I Believe the Rom Temporal Science ship is Identical To the Wells Stats Wise

    Yes it is.. such a dissapointment! Its got no cloak, no singularity abilties and uses a bloody warp core. I feel so robbed, but yet again im saving my money and my time staying away from this game.

    it only makes sense, they even say they basically just reskinned it so they wouldnt have power creep.


    but on a fluff note, i can imagine there being some sort of "temporal accords" that standardizes the time ships for all the major races or something...


    also, if they did anything special to it theyd have to go back and redo the klingon (to get cloak as well) then boost the fed one to make up for a lack of cloak etc etc etc.


    i dont know why anyone would have expected anything different then the 2 timeships already out there...

    Boosts the fed one lmao... come on now its still the best ship in the game.

    The klink one should have always given up a small bit of hull and shield mod for a basic cloak.

    The rom should have lost a console +shield and hull for a battle cloak and sing core (which would be the -40 power still)

    If you where honestly looking to cloak a sci ship with 3 fore weapon slots would still suck anway.

    But ya a rom ship with out the sing core powers... I do have to say it seems pretty pointless.

    im just repeating what they said. they made it a clone to prevent power creep and from having to go back and re-write the other 2 time ships.

    They may as well have just not wasted their time then. With the massive blow up of people wanting Roms being a third faction, and having to be stuffed in with fed/klinks.

    You are LITERALLY flying one of their ships. Why bother? Just play a fed or klink if you want to fly a temporal ship.

    Playing as a romulan MEANS playing with battlecloak and singularity cores.

    I really don't see this ship getting off the ground. A few collectors, a few kids that didn't read the description properly, but thats about it.

    Fixing bugs would have been a lot better use of their time than this wasted space.

    Take any non-faction or mirrored stat ship with 5 BOFF slots and put a Rom in it:

    +11.5% CrtH
    +28.8% CrtD
    +12.5% Def

    It's not just about Battle Cloaks/Singularity Abilities.

    It really is too bad, had the new rom temporal ship had unique stats/setup/abilities I would of dumped money into this game trying to win it. As it is now I will just use my fed who was lucky enuf to win a wells and committed enuf to buy a m?bius.

    While their reasoning for not giving them Singularity Cores is dumb ("power creep" lol), it's a good thing.

    GW 3 + EWP + Sing Jump = lol

    Backstep + Quantum Absorption = trololol

    If you're asking me, then I'd say yes. If not the best, it's certainly amongst them.

    It's the best Sci ship, though, with the Vesta being a very close second (though the Vesta can be argued to be better).
