Vesta "Aux Phaser Dual Heavy Cannon" drain bug drain bug

I have just 1 "Aux Phaser Dual Heavy Cannon" (to self: -12 Auxiliary power when firing other Auxiliary weapons) equipped on my Vesta . . . it's applying a drain to my ship's Auxiliary power level when fired with standard weapons.
