Datachips - path to 2409

I have a bunch of Datachips which were in my mail waiting to be transferred to my Romulan, then the mail incident happened and they all went missing, when they came back I am finding I can not right click and use them - despite the option being there it will not work, quite annoying

    Make sure you are at an actual MAIL location, and not using the mail icon from your minimap.
