Loading screen / color theme bug

My loading screens color theme are broken
not sure if its intended or if i am the only one
thats having this issue.

every time i go from one area to another my loading screen
color theme changes, from federation loading screen
to romulan loading screen..

when i get on my kdf character it will go from fed loading screen
to kdf to romulan loading screen.

and when i get on my reman it will go from fed to rom to reman loading screen.

so wondering if i could get alittle help on how to fix this.
