Embassy Daily - Escort Dignitary Will Not Resolve

The Embassy Officer of the Watch (Daily)'s Escort the Dignitary to New Romulus will not resolve. Filed ticket ID #1,893,797.
Description:
Accepted the Embassy Officer of the Watch (Daily) mission titled Escort the Dignitary to New Romulus. Then flew to the transwarp gate, followed the Klingon ship to within transporter range of New Romulus, watched the mission counter reach 0:00, saw the transport animation from near the front of the Klingon ship, followed the ship back to the transwarp gate, and watched the Klingon ship warp away. After all this, the mission does not resolve. Beaming back to the Embassy and talking with the Embassy Officer of the Watch does not resolve the mission. Beaming back up to space, I can go back to the Transwarp gate and trigger another Klingon ship to escort. Repeating this process does not resolve the mission. Tried dropping the mission to pick up a different Embassy Daily mission, but ended up getting the same Escort the Dignitary to New Romulus mission again. Repeated the process as detailed above, but the mission still will not resolve. Please fix this mission or at least disable this mission until it is fixed. Thank you.
Other details:
Character used is a Subcommander (lvl 20) Liberated Borg Romulan allied with the KDF faction.
