Thanks for your patience -- we've pushed the resolution to Holodeck. Please note that the fix should be applied after the open Azure Nebula maps crash. As they are recreated, they should include the fix that was applied.
Hey I've tried everything I can think of and I'm having problems with the server not responding every few seconds at New Romulus Command. I've tried exiting STO and re-loading it, as well as reloading the map several times, and it continues to happen.
I've been disconnected multiple times over the last hour. I was nowhere near the Azure Nebula, In fact I was in the Beta Ursae Sector Block just outside of Deep Space 9. I've had these issues for weeks, It's not my machine, and It's not my connection. I've rebooted my computer and modem multiple times.
I tend to make it a policy not to complain. But this is ridiculous!
Many Thanks Cryptic you seemed to be on the ball this time and a pretty speedy response to boot. Fix worked for me not a problem in azure nebula when previously I was in less than 60 seconds before being booted.

I'm a happy camper
I don't believe it's my "job" to QA their game as I pay to play it.
I will report an issue, once, then simply stop playing that area until it is repaired.
If more people did this, they might get a grip on problems and fix them faster.
Your lives are too short to waste playing something that's glitched.
There's plenty of other missions and stuff to do.
Sector Space Alerts are an example. I have avoided those since they were broken and now they recently fixed them so I play them again.
