Odyssey Pack appears to be not purchased

It seems that despite purchasing the odysssey pack previously it is no longer listed as purchased and available. I have the Odyssey on my main toon Prynce, I know I purchased the odyssey but have recollection when or what the circumstances was. Since STO has no sto store log of purchases I would ask that you please check my purchase history and explain the issue and fix it for me. Also please consider a player side logging for zen purchases in the c-store and also for dilithium purchases log. I swear I remember purchasing the odyssey pack, I like to spend extra zen to buy packs to save zen in the future. Please correct the issue and explain to me what happened?

    I don't know if this is the case, but in order to claim an Odyssey you need to be level 50 Fed. It won't come up as available to take if they character you are using is below level 50. So if your second character is not level 50 he can't claim it.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Yeah both my toons are vice admiral and it says 2500 zen for each ship in the store and 5000 for the pack in the store, one of these should not be since I have the ship already and I am pretty sure I bought the odyssey pack.........

    Still not disagreeing with whether or not you bought an Oddy Pack, but keep in mind that everyone was given a free T5 version of the Odyssey in the game's anniversary event, so 1 older character having an Oddy isn't an indication of you buying the pack. That character might just have the free version. If the character has the Pack version it will have the consoles and pets: saucer sep combat pet, worker bees healing pet, aquarius combat pet. If that character doesn't have any of the consoles/pets then it's probably the free version.

    I am having the same issue, except my missing ship is the Sao Paulo escort (the captain usable one). I purchased the ship, had it for over 18 months, now it doesn't show up in my unlocks, it costs 1500 zen in the cstore. I did file a ticket with perfect world last week, but there had been no response from anyone associated with perfect world.
