Respec not working.

Okay from reading here I knew the bug and used the work around of resetting all my skills and then repopulating them as I wanted to start again anyway. Still it would not let me accept the changes.

I tried the clear all button, the reset button and even manually removing all the skill points spent with the back arrow. Nothing worked. I have respec tokens on the two characters I was trying to rebuild, three on one and two on the other.

Is there anything else I can try before going down the bug report/support route in game?

    The Respec won't be accepted until ALL the skill points have been allocated. Are you allocating ALL of your skill points???

    Yes I am as I am doing a full rebuild. I have even added to the lower level ones to use up all the points I can after I have gotten the ones I want to level 6.
