Suggestion add theme options

Please add some Theme option
for in game settings.

i am a KDF romulan and for some reason
my UI and loading screen seems to bounce
from federation to romulan from sector to sector

so i would like it if there was some theme options.

    there is one, it is in options already.

    nvm iam an idiot, always int he spots i never look

    but my loading screens are still federation which is
    the only part which is annoying me

    yeah i'd be so happy to see this fixed. i'm set to voyager color scheme, but every time i change maps, i have to see the hideous blue again. super annoying.
