Unable to purchase Scimitar 3-pack

I'm unable to purchase the Scimitar 3-pack from the z-store in game. I've accumulated 5,043 zen and I'm attempting to buy the 3-pack with a level 50 tac romulan. I've tried to buy it 3 or 4 times now and every time I get an error that says something like: "Unable to complete transaction: This item is not available for purchase at this time."
Cryptic, did you intentionally remove the Scimitar 3-pack from the store while you try to fix the bugs in the ship? Or is this a real bug that needs squashing?
