BUG Tholian Recluse Carrier pets Not possible tu buy

Hello,
I have a few days I bought the Tholian carrier, now I have the dilithium together and the problem that I DO NOT can Buy the"Advanced Tholiansiche Webspinner", I always get the message "Tholian Recluse Carrier not owned."
My other char also has the support of the fighters can only buy the unfortunately not transferable.
I've run quite a few tricks that have told me how my Flotties:
1 Request Zenship, try to buy (no success)
2 Clear Zenship again, try to buy (no success)
an other idea was that I deleted the Tholian carrier (should probably work on Romulan Dreadnaught) but since I can not just ask for the same again a Zenship I will not do it of course.
If you know more solutions just write times.
