can't switch uniforms

I can't switch outfits on my Romulan character-- anyone know how to fix this? another guy had a similar thread but no reply so I made my own.

outfit is already purchased, and I was actually wearing it for a while, but the game started glitching out and put my other outfit on, now I can't switch.

any help appreciated, thanks.

    I have the same problem on my other account. With Romulan and KDF char.

    I was using one outfit on Risa, then switched to second outfit in combat and now i cant switch back.

    that other thread was mine I think. my kdf orion female toon has had costume bug for three months now.put in three tickets,but nothing happened.my six other toons are not affected.
