Unable to Beam To Ship, Transwarp, Visit Bridge

I created a KDF character around the time of the Odyssey/Bortas'qu event. I did not play the character at all after creation until very recently. I was at first unable to leave the Battle Room without the help of another player sharing a mission with me, but after that I could leave.
I carried on with the new KDF missions normally. However, from that point onwards until my current level (49) I have not had the ability to directly use the Beam To Ship button, Transwarp (either to the preset location or to the mission location), or to Visit Bridge/Shuttle or accept a bridge invitation from other players.
I had gotten by reasonably well with a few work-arounds. Flying to the edge of the map to reach sector space; logging out of the character to leave a ground mission with no beam out option. Unfortunately I am now stuck on Nimbus III unable to leave because the only way off is the Beam To Ship button.
I have submitted two tickets relating to the issue, one when I originally noticed the issues, and one regarding being stranded on Nimbus III. Two weeks on, I have a single rubbish response regarding the Nimbus ticket, with a pre-made response telling me to try dropping the mission, changing zones, or using the /stuck command. None of which even remotely relate to my actual issue. All of which are suggestions already given in the Help UI. I am figuratively stuck, not literally jammed on a piece of errant geometry.
Support has clearly made no effort to even understand my issue, let alone try to resolve it.
