Resetting ability bar to defaults?

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to set up my ability bar. I dragged all of my BO abilities on to it, and then found out the Alt keys were already bound to them. so now I want to undo my changes. Please help.

    Just drag them off the bar into an empty area on your screen.
