logging in

Hi, I'm experiencing a rather odd situation. On the computer that has the game, I double click on it, but neither the launcher or the log in screen appears. It appears on my taskbar tray, but that's it. clicking on it does nothing. I've installed the client on another computer and it worked fine after installing it, but now I'm experiencing the same issue as the other computer. Has anybody else experiencing this issue? and can someone help me with this? Thank you
