4 hours for a lousy patch that doesn't actually fix anything of value?! (That is: value for *us* -- not 'value', as in how you guys can make more money).
It's the stuff that they never tell us about but are doing secretly....such as:
Making the Borg Spheres immune to Gravity Wells even if you are fully spec'ed out in everything that helps boost that skill and using every ship component that boosts that skill and have spent millions in EC on a doff that has a chance to create "Aftershock" Grav Wells.
Or maybe they want to make the Tholians even better at disabling your power systems....oh they took my weapons offline, I'll use a weapons battery...cool that helped for .5 seconds, let me use Emergency power to Weapons, cool that gave my another .5 seconds of weapons. Wow now they've knocked my shields and engines offline too...and hit me with the web that surrounds my ship and eats away my hull......oh well I'm dead now....happy?
The team is still working getting the items back to you, but it won't be today. Hopefully with the next weekly maintenance, but that could change.

Could just put everything that is going to be changed in the patch notes, you know instead of stealth nerfing. Seems odd to me that they don't even put a lot of the bug fixes in the patch notes as well, maybe because they don't want to admit that there was a lot of stuff that was bugged?

Reputation only takes 30 days to be exact. If people grinded up their romulan characters to level 50 day of or day after release (completely plausible) then a lot of people should already have their romulan characters at tier 5 romulan reputation.
I see that the mail bug hasn't been addressed yet. Would this explain why when an item is sold or is returned to me via exchange, I get TWO emails (one with the item sometimes, or neither,) in my mail? I am probably owed something like 40 returned items by my count, and they were mostly prototype consoles which are worth millions of ec. I have been patient, hoping they'd be returned soon, since peeps have been buying them for past few days (they need the gpl I'm sure,) but I think this should be addressed.
Is THAT the mail glitch issue needing repair, or is mine another one?

This is PART of the mail bug, introduced with the stealth migration of all player-to-player mail to another system. Many users lost all of their mail prior to around May 23 in this process. The migration happened a week or two after the stealth mail attachment nerf.
The duplicate unsold items mails from exchange usually has one with the attachment and one without, both with the same exact time stamp. If you take the item, you can delete that mail. The duplicate without an item attached can't be deleted. At least it does not go away immediately. I have found that they eventually go away, but not certain if that's because I deleted from another toon that was allowed to delete it or what.
Be careful with these - I have found that if you try to delete the item with NO attachment (#1 if sorted in date order), before you take the item out of the one with the attachment (#2), it will delete the item from the other message. So, if you have some with nothing attached, you may have tried to delete #1 before getting your item. They no longer say it will come back to you, either, btw.
