Odd Error

The link is a photo, a screenshot that will explain the error better than I can, however to give it context I shall attempt, the game takes a long time to load the sectors and other places, however at current my ship cannot move at full warp it goes "warp 0" and transwarps just make the ship disappear for a second and its back by the perspective never changes, the chat is ineffective and I cannot interact with objects or npcs.

Are you sure you have engines and a singularity core equipped? If not that would explain the warp problem. As for the others, no idea.
