New Romulus Staging Area crashes game client

Ok, I don't know if this is the right forum for this...
But, I'm at my wits end, and really have had enough.
Everytime a character beams to the New Romulus staging area the game crashes. No error, just dumps me out of the game.
When I sign back in, its like nothing ever happened.
I could beam down from ship, from another location on New Romulus (which by the way no other area of New Romulus crashes) leaving the embassy, leaving Romulan Command, anywhere.
I really would appreciate if either:
1. I could get some help with resolving this.
2. Someone from Cryptic take a look at the code for the staging area.
I must have submitted more than ten tickets for this.
