First off I recently tried to log in (June 26th, 2013 at 11:17pm PST) and on all three accounts it said Unable to Authenticate.
Secondly, Iolani@alphakryptonian participated in the Crystal Entity Event and still has two Crystal Shards that it is not letting her turn in for reward. She was able to get the Event finished but would very much like to turn those shards in for the additional rewards that are offered. It says she has two shards and yet everyday when she tries to turn them in, it won't let her. I've turned in two tickets about this and still no response. It has been since the day before the end of the Crystal Catastrophe Event.
Ael@murcray is my Liberated Borg Romulan. She has three outfits but only seems to be able to wear one. She was wearing her Tal Shiar outfit and the next day I logged in and she is back to her original outfit. I tried to change her outfit and it won't let me. I tried to Rename her outfits and it won't let me. I have turned in one ticket on this and still no response. It has been almost 3 weeks.
I, also, am having trouble with my Bridge Officers. I try to set them as Department Heads and yet, everyday, I have to reset them again. I have not turned any tickets in on this yet.
I know that you are busy. I know that you are getting thousands of tickets and complaints..probably on a daily basis. It is not my intention to make you feel frustrated with this. I understand that issues, bugs, quirks, errors, will pop up on a game of this magnitude. But someone told me that I cannot expect my problems to get fixed if those who can fix them don't know about them.
So I am telling you these issues. I know, that in the grand scheme of things, that over time, they WILL be fixed. The "Instant Gratification" part of myself wants them fixed tomorrow. The realist in me knows that's not likely to happen.
But I wanted to inform you as I may not be the only one having these issues.

Lots of us 'lost' a costume slot (Tal Shiar costume unusable but can't be deleted/etc)... it was broken post-LOR after one update.
The Dept Heads/etc, just ignore it. It does nothing since it was introduced last year. I guess we need to wait till they make it useful.
